Site: The Village Inn, 179 Alcester Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8JR
Proposal: Erection of hotel building (use class C1) to the rear of the existing public house (use class Sui Generis) with associated function space, alterations to car parking, hard and soft landscaping and other associated works.
An Inspector appointed by the DLUHC will determine this appeal on the basis of an exchange of written
representations. The procedure to be followed is set out in Part 2 of The Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Written Representations Procedure)(England) Regulations 2009, as amended.
