An Inspector appointed by the DLUHC will determine this appeal on the basis of an exchange of written representations by the Council and the appellant(s) as set out in Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (England) Regulations 2009.
As this appeal is proceeding under the Commercial Appeals Service, there is no further opportunity for the submission of comments however all the representations made to the council on the application have been forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate and the appellant. These will be considered by the Inspector when determining the appeal.
